The standard of salidroside was available from Shanghai Forever Biotech Co., Ltd. (China). The standard of wogonoside was obtained from Sichuan Weikeqi Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (China). The purity of all standards was above 98.0%.

Standard puerarin, berberine hydrochloride and baicalin were purchased from the National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products (Beijing, China). Standard daidzin, wogonoside and liquiritin were purchased from Weikeqi Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (Chengdu, China). Purified water used for the HPLC-MS system was obtained from the Hangzhou Wahaha Group Co., Ltd. (Hangzhou, China).

The analytical standards of BG (>98.0%) and B (>98.0%) were purchased from Shanghai Yuanye Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). The reference standards of WG (>98.0%) and W (>98.0%) were bought from Sichuan Weikeqi Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. (Sichuan, China).
